Returns & Refunds

Last updated 19 October 2026

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how returns work.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item for a refund. That's more than the 14 days UK law requires.

Items must come back unworn and unused, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please try clothing on gently, the way you would in a shop. We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged, and we may reduce a refund if an item comes back in a worse condition than we sent it.

How to return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with our returns address and instructions.
  3. Post your return within 14 days of contacting us. Please send it with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one. Parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you've sent us proof of postage, we may refund sooner. It can take a few extra working days for your bank to show the money.

If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don't refund the extra cost of any faster delivery option you chose.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the cost of returning it and offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
